All members of Flight Sim Central Virtual Airline are expected to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct when representing our organization. This includes:
Treating all fellow members, air traffic controllers, and community members with courtesy and respect
Using appropriate and professional language in all communications
Following directives from Flight Sim Central staff promptly and courteously
Representing Flight Sim Central positively across all platforms and networks
Maintaining confidentiality of internal operations and member information
Contributing to a welcoming and inclusive community environment
To ensure realistic and professional flight simulation experiences, all pilots must:
Adhere to real-world aviation procedures and protocols during all flights
Utilize only aircraft from our approved fleet for official Flight Sim Central operations
Complete comprehensive pre-flight preparations and checklists before each departure
Follow assigned routes, flight plans, and standard operating procedures
Maintain professional radio communications and phraseology when connected to networks
Accurately log all flight data in our centralized tracking system
Submit flight reports within 24 hours of completion
Maintain currency with a minimum of two flights per month for active status
Participate in scheduled training sessions and proficiency checks
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY: Any simulation of aircraft hijackings, terrorist activities, or unlawful interference with aircraft operations is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate termination of membership without appeal.
The following activities are also strictly prohibited:
Operating aircraft in an unrealistic, reckless, or dangerous manner
Using unauthorized third-party software to manipulate or falsify flight data
Engaging in harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behaviour toward any community member
Impersonating Flight Sim Central staff, instructors, or other members
Distributing inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content through any Flight Sim Central channels
Violating network rules when flying on IVAO, VATSIM, or other online networks
Sharing login credentials or allowing unauthorized access to accounts
Engaging in activities that bring disrepute to Flight Sim Central or the flight simulation community
Flight Sim Central maintains partnerships with major flight simulation networks. Members are expected to:
Maintain valid accounts on supported networks (IVAO, VATSIM, etc.)
Complete all required network-specific training and certifications
Comply with network rules, regulations, and code of conduct
File appropriate flight plans before connecting to live networks
Respond promptly and professionally to air traffic control instructions
Use only authorized callsigns with our FSC prefix designation
Maintain proper communication protocols and radio discipline
Report any network-related incidents to Flight Sim Central management
To maintain active standing within Flight Sim Central:
Complete a minimum of two flights per month
Participate in at least one organized group flight or event per quarter
Maintain a flight completion rate of 85% or higher
Complete mandatory recurrent training within specified timeframes
Respond to official communications within 72 hours
Update personal information and contact details as required
Members failing to meet activity requirements will be transitioned to inactive status. Reactivation requires completion of a check flight with a certified instructor and demonstration of current proficiency.
Flight Sim Central is committed to maintaining high training standards through:
Structured initial training programs for new members
Regular proficiency checks and recurrent training
Type rating requirements for complex aircraft operations
Instructor development and standardization programs
Continuous improvement of training materials and methods
Violations of these regulations will be addressed through our progressive disciplinary system:
Initial Violation: Formal counselling and documentation
Second Violation: Written warning with mandatory remedial training
Third Violation: 14-day suspension from all activities
Fourth Violation: 60-day suspension with probationary reinstatement
Fifth Violation: Permanent termination of membership
Special Circumstances: Severe violations including safety breaches, simulation of illegal activities, or serious misconduct may result in immediate termination regardless of prior disciplinary history.
Members subject to disciplinary action may request formal review through our appeals process:
Submission Requirements:
Written appeal submitted within 10 days of disciplinary action
Member identification number and contact information
Detailed incident date and circumstances
Supporting evidence or witness statements
Clear statement of why the action should be reconsidered
Review Process:
Appeals are reviewed by the Flight Sim Central Board of Directors
Independent investigation of all relevant facts and circumstances
Final decision communicated within 21 days of submission
Board decisions are final and binding

Personal data is collected and used only for legitimate organizational purposes
Information sharing is limited to authorized personnel and necessary operations
Members may request access to their personal data at any time
Data retention policies comply with applicable privacy regulations
Security measures protect against unauthorized access or disclosure
These Rules & Regulations may be updated periodically to reflect operational changes or community feedback. All members will be notified of significant changes through official communication channels. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of updated regulations.
